The elegant Sussex bedroom is the largest of our rooms and includes a queen sized bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The Manchester bedroom consists of a double bed and enjoining tiled bathroom with shower.
A warm yellow room with twin beds. Bookcase filled with English mysteries. A lovely view of the gardens from the window. Guests may enjoy the exceptional Victorian bath across the hall.
This lovely suite of two connected rooms offers two double beds with a shared bathroom. Keeping with our theme "touch of England" in Central New York", this suite treats our guests to an authentic "English cottage" environment...felines optional!

House Policies
- The Oak & Ivy Bed & Breakfast is a nonsmoking residence.
- Due to the resident felines, we are unable to accommodate your pets.
- Children 12 and older are welcome.
- Regular check in hours are:
- Monday through Friday 4 - 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday 3 - 9 p.m.
- With prior notice, you may arrange for an earlier or later check in time.
